Online application for Integrated Admission Tests for 3 Engineering Universities starts from 24th January
Integrated admission tests for 2023-2024 academic year undergraduate 1st year/level-1 of engineering cluster consisting of Chittagong University of Engineering and Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (RUET) will be held simultaneously on March 3 (Sunday) at their own Centers.
For the convenience of the candidates, lodging online admission test application will be started on 24th January (Wednesday) 2024 from 9 am. Online Application Link: https://www.admissionckruet.ac.bd/ . Last date to apply online is February 7 (Wednesday) till 5 PM. Eligibility and application procedure to participate in the admission test and other terms and conditions can be known from the said website.
The list of eligible candidates will be published on February 18 (Sunday). On Monday, January 15th, this information was conveyed through a circular signed by the President of the central admission examination committee and the Dean of the Faculty of Civil Engineering of CUET Dr. Sudip Kumar Pal and Member Secretary and professor of Physics Department of CUET Dr. Md. Mohi Uddin.
Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (CUET) is leading this year's engineering batch admission test. For admission in 2023-24 academic year, CUET has a total of 931 seats including 11 reserved seats in 12 departments; 1065 seats including 5 reserved seats in 16 departments in KUET and 1235 seats including 5 reserved seats in 14 departments in RUET. There are a total of 3231 seats.
It may be noted that, Group 'A' consists of Engineering Departments and Town and Regional Planning Department and Group 'B' consists of Engineering Departments, Town and Regional Planning Department and Architecture Department. This year's admission test will be conducted in MCQ format of 500 marks for 'A' group and 500 marks for 'B' group along with additional 200 marks of freehand drawing in MCQ format on Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English subjects. The results of the admission test will be announced on March 18, 2024 at night.
